About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Payments Business Support team in Manchester, UK. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, reconcile, troubleshoot, and review incoming and outgoing data to ensure accurate performance/output generated by organization technology products and solutions.
  • Test data quality and work directly with outside vendors to confirm they have all necessary information.
  • Analyze and monitor data/reports to ensure quality of and accurate transfer, integration, translation, and reporting of data, reacting promptly to data quality statistics and client inquiries.
  • Execute moderately complex data fixes, resulting in improved performance or accuracy.
  • Develop and execute test plans and ensure the quality and accurate delivery/transfer of test and production files.
  • Perform data normalization, construct data diagrams, provide data flow diagrams, and document processes. Assist the business/clients to define data workflows or reporting requirements.
  • Perform macro-level analyses to identify trending issues across clients, products, integration or transition activities, etc. Collaborate on potential pre-emptive solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience in securities or financial services preferred.
  • Experience with pulse data, regression analysis, Python preferred.
