About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of projects, identifying opportunities to increase profit margins, and working closely with the design team and operational colleagues through the pre-construction process.

  • Undertake day-to-day commercial/surveying activities of allocated projects
  • Ensure understanding of commercial matters relating to the project and support operational delivery
  • Develop project cost plans and procure subcontract work packages
  • Measure and value works carried out on site
  • Formulate monthly valuations, commercial reporting, and control expenditure
Requirements:
  1. Honours degree in Quantity Surveying
  2. At least 5 years construction experience in Contracting Quantity Surveying
