Duty Care Supervisor Opportunity

McCarthy Stone is seeking a dedicated Duty Care Manager to join their team at Farringford Court in Lymington, Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of older people.
About the Role:We are looking for a professional who can provide exceptional support to homeowners and contribute to the smooth running of the development.
As a Duty Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the security of the development, overseeing the Care and Support teams, and co-ordinating activities that strengthen community spirit.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
With a base salary of £13.56 per hour (day rate) and £11.44 per hour (night rate), plus additional pay, this role offers a competitive remuneration package.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the security of the development and oversee the Care and Support teams
- Co-ordinate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development
- Provide emergency support to homeowners throughout the night shift period
- Experience working in a care or support environment
- Excellent care skills and ability to work independently
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent
