About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Social Care Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs.

You will work closely with our team to empower individuals to live fulfilling lives, achieving their goals and aspirations. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults with complex needs to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Manage medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good general education
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion for making a difference
  • Commitment to the aims and objectives of Ivolve Group
  • Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
  • A commitment to undertaking training and development

We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 - £11.70 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus a range of benefits, including:
