Christmas Support Team Member

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and flexible Christmas Support Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our stock team, you will be responsible for processing stock quickly and accurately, ensuring it is beautifully presented and available to our customers in the run up to Christmas and during our End of Season Sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away
- Locate, pack, and promptly transfer stock in and out of store
- Meet deadlines to deliver to our customers at the promised time
- Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized
- Work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
- Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
About You:
We are looking for a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, even on their busiest days. You should be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job and be flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers.
