Job Title: Teaching Assistant Level 2

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Special Educational Needs team as a Teaching Assistant Level 2. The successful candidate will provide additional support to students and teaching staff in a variety of ways, including supporting students with an Educational Health Care Plan both in the classroom and during recreational time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to students with special educational needs in the classroom and during recreational time
  • Assist teaching staff with lesson planning and delivery
  • Help with general student supervision and support during examinations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and professionals
Requirements:
  • Passionate about securing positive outcomes for children
  • Highly motivated, organised, and flexible in the way you work to best meet the children's needs and aspirations
  • Effective communicator, highly skilled in building positive relationships with our children, parents, and professionals
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment
