Job Summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to join our team. As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will play a critical role in improving engagement across the region and partnering with the leadership team around ER advice and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and coaching on employment law to the regional leadership team, helping managers handle people management effectively and make fair, consistent, and legally sound decisions.

  • Keep managers up to date on employment law and offer training to boost their skills, knowledge, and confidence in applying these policies correctly.

  • Provide clear, straightforward support to managers, ensuring they follow HR policies and best practices effectively.

  • Track trends, ensure compliance with legal policies, and adapt or introduce local processes as needed.

  • Handle hearings and appeals when necessary.

Requirements

  • Has a deep understanding of labour law and best practices.

  • Understands ACAS codes and can apply them effectively.

  • Is a skilled influencer and communicator with stakeholders.

  • Has strong analytical and organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise a changing workload.

  • Is adaptable and proactive with a confident, solutions-focused attitude.
