Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEN Support

Location: Hertfordshire

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide one-to-one support to two Year 3 students with SEN needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and external specialists to implement individual learning plans and adapt teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide one-to-one support to two Year 3 students with SEN needs.
  2. Implement individual learning plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching strategies.
  3. Manage challenging behaviours calmly and effectively.
  4. Assist in fostering social, emotional, and communication development.
  5. Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals.
