Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mobility difficulties and complex care needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and support, enabling our service users to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full assistance with mobilization and personal care needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues
  • Participate in activities and outings that promote social interaction and community engagement
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, adhering to our values and policies
Requirements
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion when interacting with service users
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty in all aspects of the role
  • Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends, as required
  • Specialized training in Peg and Epilepsy care
  • Valid DBS/PVG clearance
