Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Education Support Professional to join our team at Academics. As a Teaching Assistant with Teacher Training, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers and support the learning of children in a primary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Work with small groups of children to support their numeracy and literacy skills
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, child development)
- Previous experience working with children in a similar setting (e.g. nursery, tutoring)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
