**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive mini-buses and passenger vehicles to transport passengers safely and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive experience for our passengers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of service delivery.
  • Be flexible in approach to working hours, which may vary due to operational requirements.
  • Hold a full driving license with a category D license.
  • Have experience in customer care, ideally working with vulnerable people or in a school or healthcare setting.
  • Be able to operate a tail lift and associated safety equipment for wheelchair access in vehicles.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent driving and communication skills.
  • A team player with a strong commitment to providing high-quality services.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Mini-bus/passenger type vehicle driving experience.
  • Full driving license with a category D license.
  • MIDAS qualification (training can be offered).
  • Experience in customer care, ideally working with vulnerable people or in a school or healthcare setting.
  • Clean UK driving license.
