Job Title: VMS Administrator - Intelligent Transport Systems

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled VMS Administrator to join our team at HB People Recruitment & HR Specialists. As a VMS Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our VMS management team by providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the VMS team in an administrative capacity, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Raise quotations for customers, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Manage damage advice notes, following through to conclusion and PO.
• Confirm hires and off-hires on our internal management system, ensuring timely communication with clients.
• Monitor battery voltage levels remotely, alerting the team to take necessary actions.
• Liaise with customers to ensure PO requests are met on time.
• Receive message requirements from customers and provide recommendations on compliance.
• Create and schedule messages, sharing previews with clients for approval.
• Manage VMS locations and plan trailer servicing.
