Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Sodexo in Cambridge. As a key member of our corporate site, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and professional greetings to guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
  • Deliver efficient and friendly 5-star service, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating a helpful attitude and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Complete necessary sales controls, documentation, and adhere to Sodexo's food preparation and presentation standards.
  • Perform front-of-house cleaning tasks, maintain stock levels, and ensure sufficient supplies and correct food temperatures during service.
  • Report incidents and customer feedback promptly, assist with special functions, and provide cover during holidays and sickness.
Requirements
  • Proactive, resilient, and reliable with a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective at working with others, listening well, and demonstrating customer focus and service skills.
  • Proven experience in a catering environment, adhering to and driving company initiatives.
  • Shows personal innovation and passion for food and service.
