Duty Manager

The Duty Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, reporting directly to the General Manager and acting on their behalf in their absence. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire hotel operation, including Food and Beverage, Rooms, Guest Experience, and Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Enforce standards and guarantee a consistently high-quality guest experience.
- Coordinate all aspects of the operation to ensure each outlet functions at an optimal level in key areas, including service, revenue generation, and cost management.
- Create a culture that is service-focused, positive, and driven to succeed, open to change and creative in approach.
- Foster the talent within the department to ensure that all reporting HODs and talents are effective in their current roles and developed to the next level.
- Carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly DM ROTA and business needs.
- 40 hours per week.
- Shift Times: Early shifts & Late Shifts.
- Flexibility: Monday - Sunday.
- Salary: To be confirmed.
- Skills: Opera Cloud, Leadership, Able to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, dealing with complaints, managing delayed flights, Assisting other departments as needed, H&S awareness, Fire Marshall and First Aid will be an advantage.
