**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Booking valuations, mortgage appointments, and viewings to showcase properties to potential clients
  • Conducting viewings and providing detailed feedback to clients
  • Dealing with offers and negotiating sales agreements
  • Registering applicants and maintaining accurate records
  • Sales progression and ensuring a smooth transaction process

**Requirements:**

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Experience in the real estate industry, preferably in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to various locations

**What We Offer:**

  • Basic salary of £24,000
  • Guarantee for the first few months
  • Mileage expenses
  • OTE of £30,000 - £40,000

**Working Hours:**

  • Monday – Saturday with a lieu day in week (5 Day week)
  • Weekdays 8.30 – 5.30
  • Saturdays 9 -4
