William H Brown is seeking a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team in Hellesdon. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales
  • Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
