About Our Role

As a Construction Expertise Lead, you will play a key role in supporting our clients navigate complex and challenging issues on their projects and programmes. You will work independently where required and be agile in adapting to the working methods of others.

We anticipate that you will work from your local office as a base to continue our UK team cohesion. However, we work on a flexible basis to provide the best environment to meet our client deliverables. With an established global presence, our UK team supports some of the most complex projects and programmes across the globe, presenting opportunities to travel occasionally. The majority of our practice can be delivered remotely.

About Your Responsibilities
  • Critically analyse project and major programme performance, identifying root causes of distressed elements.
  • Develop a contract and commercial strategy to successfully recover performance of distressed projects or major programmes in line with client outcomes.
  • Evaluate contemporaneous project records to establish delay associated with claims and/or disputes.
  • Analyse the strengths and weaknesses of client claims and/or disputes, providing strategic advice on proceeding or amending the basis of claim.

We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual seeking to join an experienced team of construction experts with a strong brand across our marketplace. A construction-related degree qualification and/or legal qualification is essential. Experience in leading the pursuit of claims up or down the supply-chain, resulting in successful negotiated resolution, is also crucial.

About Our Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
