Job Title: Construction Project Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of offshore wind construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offshore wind construction, with a preference for those who have worked on European offshore wind projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in offshore wind construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the European offshore wind sector.
- Strong knowledge of offshore wind construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
- Offshore Medical + Chester Step current or previously held.
- Experience with European offshore wind construction projects.
