About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inhouse Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bolton. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the Plant is adequately resourced with talented individuals who align with the organisation's requirements, goals, and values.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing and Attraction: Utilise various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for positions ranging from production roles to technical specialists.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance the efficacy and efficiency of recruitment processes.
  3. Proven IT skills (Office 365, including Excel).
  4. Proficiency in psychometric testing for recruitment purposes.
  5. Proficiency in recruitment software tools.
  6. Proven experience of a similar Recruiter role preferable within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  7. Proven experience of high-volume recruitment across multiple disciplines.
  8. Experience of engaging, vetting, and management of recruitment agencies (where required).
