About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Project Manager to join our team at Browne Jacobson. As a key member of our Legal Project Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of legal work to solve clients' complex legal challenges.
  • Advise on best practice in relation to matter management and increase efficiencies through the use of technology.
  • Provide excellent client service on complex matters, working alongside clients, lawyers, support teams, and central teams.
  • Support the development of the LPM function and contribute to various project management activities and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience as a legal project manager or in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of and ability to apply common project management methodologies, approaches, and concepts.
  • Understanding of law firm processes and lawyer-client relationships.
  • Ability to use technology and innovative solutions to improve and adapt how we deliver services and solve issues.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience at a senior level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and able to analyze data.
  • Ability to prioritize between competing demands and multitask across concurrent projects.
