About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Meetings & Events Operations team as a Casual Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve food and drinks to our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Have a visible presence within the hotel, responding promptly to customer requests and queries.
  • Set up meeting and conference rooms to a high standard, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Serve food at large social dinners and banquets, showcasing our culinary expertise.
