About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Meetings & Events Operations team as a Casual Meetings Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve food and drinks to our guests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Have a visible presence within the hotel to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
  • Set up our meeting and conference rooms to a high standard ready for the next day's business.
  • Serve food at large social dinners and banquets.
