Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex engineering development projects. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project life-cycle, ensuring successful project execution, and driving collaboration across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risks to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement Agile/Waterfall/Prince2 methodologies to drive project delivery and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Present critical project updates, including risk assessments, cost forecasts, and timelines to senior management.
  • Travel internationally to ensure alignment and progress across global locations.
Requirements:
