About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Falcon Green, a leading developer in London. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our flagship residential projects in North West London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage tender and contract documents
  • Conduct measurement and valuation of work done on-site
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Perform cost analysis and cost control activities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors
  • Procure and manage packages
  • Contribute to the overall success of the commercial team
  • Lead a project surveyor and report directly to the Managing Surveyor
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • 5 years of experience working on new build residential projects
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team
Work Arrangements

You will be based 3 days on site in Wembley, 1 day in the office in East London, and have the option to work from home 1 day a week.
