Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Brookview Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensure their needs are met
- Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
- Valid NMC pin and registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
- Confidence in offering clinical guidance to the care team and supporting CQC tasks
- Ability to build connections with residents and their families, providing kindness, support, and care
- Competitive hourly rate of £23.18 per hour, depending on experience and capabilities
- £1,000 Welcome Bonus
- 12 hour permanent night contract available, plus 0 hour Bank contracts
