Your Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of the well-being of our residents, ensuring their needs are met through individualised care plans.
- Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement care plans that promote the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.
