Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Basic) + up to 15% Commission Scheme
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Account Manager to join our growing business based in Ripley, Derbyshire. As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships in the IT, SaaS, or technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients within the IT/software development sectors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client retention
- Conduct onsite visits to client locations for face-to-face meetings
- Deliver training seminars to clients, teaching them how to use the company's services or software programs
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure clients get the most from their software solution
- Previous experience in the IT, SaaS, or tech industries is a must
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management
