Rowing Performance Lead

Molesey Boat Club, a prestigious rowing club, is seeking an experienced Performance Coach to join its Senior Coaching Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Coach to drive the rowing program's success at both Club and National levels.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled rowing coach with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for developing and implementing coaching strategies that promote a high-performing culture within the squad.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong coaching experience, preferably in rowing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement coaching strategies.

This is a 6-month contract with the option to extend into the next season. The role requires approximately 24-28 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays. We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
