Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Publicity Intern to join our Theatrical team at NBCUniversal. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of innovative film campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of marketing, publicity, and trade marketing elements of film releases
  • Support cross-team collaboration and liaison with media and publicity agencies
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop campaign ideas and contribute to the creation of presentations and research reports
  • Help manage budgets by raising purchase orders, recording costs, and dealing with billing queries
  • Assist with the planning and logistics of talent tours, events, and screenings
  • Compile post-campaign coverage reports
