About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Leader to join our team at Samworth Brothers Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our plant, buildings, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement site engineering strategies that support business objectives
  • Oversee contractor management and service contract implementation
  • Monitor KPIs and budget performance

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, manufacturing experience, and excellent leadership skills. You will also have a good understanding of CMMS systems and Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Email.

Estimated Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
