About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in warehousing at our Ashburton Warehouse. Our National and Regional warehouse teams operate a network of nationwide warehouses that combine distribution centres, onsite warehouses, and offsite warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly serving customers picking up goods from the Warehouse and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist with stock movements, including driving the shuttle truck as required, unloading trucks, and loading goods into customers' vehicles when necessary.
  • Maintain safe work practices while undertaking heavy lifting, operating machinery and vehicles, and working at heights.
Requirements
  1. Physically able to assist with manual handling.
  2. Possess basic computer skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Hold a practical understanding of Health and Safety guidelines and procedures, including manual handling, and be able to follow instructions and processes.
  4. Customer service or warehouse experience is desirable.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
