SEN Learning Support Assistant Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant team. As an SEN TA, you will be instrumental in supporting the class teacher and working closely with students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in providing tailored educational support to SEN students.
- Work individually or with small groups of SEN students to enhance their learning.
- Support classroom management and organisation.
- Ensure the well-being of all students, with a focus on those with SEN.
- Help plan and prepare personalised learning activities.
We require a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs is essential.
Transferable skills that can be applied to this role are highly valued.
Reliability and proactivity are key attributes we look for in our ideal candidate.
