Veterinary Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Registered Veterinary Nurses in delivering gold-standard care to patients. This vital role involves assisting with various tasks in surgery and ward settings, ensuring that our hospital delivers the best possible care to patients and high-quality service to clients.
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, consisting of five 8-hour shifts each week, including a 30-minute unpaid break each day. Shifts are scheduled on a rota between 07:00 and 20:30, typically following a consistent weekly pattern.
The successful candidate will be required to work one in every six weekends, with time off in lieu provided, and cover two bank holidays per year, shared equitably within the team.
