Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Brackla, Bridgend. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting 'Tom', a gentleman with a learning disability, autism, and mobility needs, to live his best life.

About the Role
  • Support Tom with daily living skills, including personal care and mobility assistance.
  • Accompany Tom to his favourite activities, such as bowling and people watching.
  • Administer medication and support Tom with his sensory needs.
  • Work collaboratively with Tom's support team to ensure his needs are met.
Requirements
  • Hold a full, manual UK or EU driving licence.
  • Be able to drive Tom's mobility vehicles.
  • Have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Be proactive, confident, and engaging.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, with sleep nights paid at £45.00 per night.
  • A part-time schedule of 25 hours per week, with opportunities for flexible working.
  • Ongoing training and support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in your role.
