We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team of experts in Civil Engineering. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on prestigious projects, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Role Description
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the cost value reconciliation process, establishing and maintaining operational and commercial partnerships, and procuring subcontractors at lower than tender sums. You will also be involved in building strong relationships with clients and their representatives, discussing and developing procurement strategies, and submitting timely applications for payments.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage the cost value reconciliation process

- Procure subcontractors at lower than tender sums
- Build strong relationships with clients & representatives
- Develop procurement strategies
- Submit timely payment applications

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
RICS membership or working towards it
NEC3, 4, ECC, ICE, and JCT full contract awareness
Proven experience in Civil Engineering
Understanding of CVRs & financial reports
Dispute resolution experience
