The Role:
As a Court of Protection Associate Solicitor, you will be part of a growing team that specializes in brain injury client work. Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload of complex cases, preparing and submitting applications to the Court of Protection for deputies and other necessary orders, and collaborating with litigation solicitors, case managers, architects, and families.
This role requires empathy, pragmatism, and a commercial outlook, as you will be working closely with clients and their families to navigate life-changing circumstances.
