Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency in software applications, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
  2. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately reflects the current status.
  3. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available for the sales team.

Requirements

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word, is essential.
  2. Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role is advantageous.
  3. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
  4. Familiarity with Sage or similar CRM software is preferred but not mandatory.
