Job Title: Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Sales Administrator at Integral UK LTD. In this position, you will provide administrative support to the Account Managers and Head of Sales, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer sales calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist sales and service teams with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, sales orders, and service requests.
  • Process sales and purchase orders, keeping customers informed of lead times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide administrative support with pre-qualifications, bids, and tenders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Previous experience within the Fire & Security sector is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
