Job Title: Social Work ASYE and CPD Faculty Lead

Salary: £34,667 - £37,068 per annum

Hours: 35 Hours per Week

Location: County Hall Worcester with hybrid working, minimum 2 days office attendance temporarily located in Wildwood Offices on County Hall campus.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Work Practice Educator to join our dynamic team at Worcestershire's Social Work Academy. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in supporting, developing, coaching, and mentoring newly qualified social workers completing their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment within the Adult Social Work workforce.

This is a diverse and varied role, offering the right candidate an opportunity to further develop their skills and knowledge across Adults Social Work and remain up to date with national, regional, and local social work developments and research. You will have the opportunity to facilitate action learning sets, Social Work England CPD sessions, and promote Research In Practice.
