Requirements

  • Ability to work autonomously and flexibly, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, carers, and colleagues.
  • Strong assessment, analysis, and intervention skills, with the ability to work with complex mental health needs.
  • Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS.
