Supermarket Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Supermarket Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and efficient store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including food and drink trends, to effectively advise and serve customers.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient store environment, ensuring the shop floor is well-organized and ready for customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also need to be flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:This is a part-time role, working 30 hours per week over 4 days, Sunday to Friday, between the hours of 04:00am and 12:00pm.
