Caregiver Assistant

About the Role:
As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live well at home. With our industry-leading training and a supportive team, you will feel fully equipped to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Companionship: Provide regular and meaningful social interaction with clients, both at home and out in the community.
- Home Help: Assist with everyday tasks such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Personal Care: Support clients with essential tasks such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Rates of Pay: £13 per hour.
- Minimum 1-Hour Calls: Giving you more time to care.
- Paid Mileage: Car users receive paid travel allowance of 40p per mile.
- Guaranteed Hours Contract: A variety of contracts available up to a guaranteed 16 hours per week, subject to your availability.
- Paid Training: Full induction programme with award-winning training in the classroom and online.
