Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software, including AutoCAD, Microdrainage/Flow, and Causeway PDS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
