Deputy Head Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Dewsbury, United Kingdom.

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
• Supervise and lead the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations, kitchen hygiene, and health and safety protocols.
• Creativity, passion, and commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate the kitchen team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
