Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset & Investment Analyst to join our team at Arrow Global Group.

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior deal team members on complex transactions, from origination to deal execution and closing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building detailed underwriting / investment models for a wide range of transactions structures
  • Conducting market research and liaising with key stakeholders to evaluate opportunities
  • Supporting the senior deal team with drafting internal investment committee papers and supporting documentation
  • Contributing to the wider team's discussions around idea generation and investment strategy
  • Collating, analysing and sharing relevant market data and research

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in private equity / principal investments, corporate finance or investment banking
  • Strong understanding of complex capital structures and distressed investment concepts
  • Excellent excel / financial modelling skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in investing and a genuine curiosity for understanding complex situations
