Job Title: Compliance and Improvement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Improvement Manager to join our team at Ultra Electronics Group. As a Compliance and Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality management system is effective and compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support quality processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance)
  • Min. 10 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this position is £70,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
