We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Land Management Coordinator to join our team in Inverness. This exciting role involves working in a fast-paced rural land management environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to bring their skills and experience to a new challenge. You will be responsible for managing business administration for client-owned farm and estate businesses, including drafting statutory documents, managing supplier invoices, recording tenancy data, and maintaining electronic filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business administration for client-owned farm and estate businesses
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including responding to enquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in business administration, preferably in a rural land management or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and software systems
