Interim Data Analyst for Children's Social Care

We are looking for an experienced Interim Data Analyst for Children's Social Care to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in conducting audits within children's services, with a proven ability to analyse data and drive meaningful change. They will be proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, and familiar with SQL for database querying and management.
In this role, you will work closely with Barking and Dagenham Children's Social Care and Support Services to enhance practice through audits, data analysis, and strategic reporting. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth case file and thematic audits, as well as dip sampling activities
- Providing analytical insights into findings and making recommendations for improvement
- Supporting the Quality Assurance (QA) team in driving standards through the CARES practice model
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to workforce development and support a culture of excellence in children's services.
Salary: £40 per hour.
