Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team at Search. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Load and unload vehicles, delivering or uplifting goods and materials with precision and care.
- Ensure that all materials are adequately prepared for the next shift, maintaining production planned output and efficiency.
- Coordinate and control all material handling within the operations department, including raw materials, work-in-progress, scrap, and waste.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, adhering to correct operating procedures and control systems.
- Establish a safe and organized storage system for materials in both production departments and the Dry Good Store.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse and distribution environment or transferable skills from another environment.
- An enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- A valid Counterbalance FLT License.
