Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Search. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload vehicles delivering or uplifting goods and materials.
- Assure material is adequately prepared for the next shift to maintain production planned output.
- Control all material handling and co-ordination within the operations department for raw materials, WIP, scrap and waste.
- Ensure maintenance and adherence to correct operating procedures and control systems, current and future.
- Establish a safe and tidy working environment to ensure all materials are placed correctly in the designated location for the specific material being handled in both production departments and the Dry Good Store.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience within a warehouse & distribution environment or transferable skills from another environment.
- An enthusiastic can do attitude.
- MUST HAVE a Counterbalance FLT License.
